FREE SHIPPING WITH ANY PURCHASE - Within the UK mainland (exclude the postcodes in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly) :

Our Free Shipping Policy applies to all orders, shipped via 1 to 3 working days shipping service for the UK with exclusion. 

Parcels dispatched for delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and any international destinations are subject to a surcharge. The surcharge is depended on the order’s size and weight. The Shipping Rates and Shipping time will be shown at the checkout.

 

FAST Shipment Processing

All U.K. orders placed by 11:30 A.M. will be shipped the same working day! 

Any order placed on nights, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

 

Stationary Tables and Electric Tables are shipped via TNT and may require additional time for processing. TNT free shipping does NOT include below additional services:

* Call before delivery

* Limited access delivery

* Do not break down pallet

* Liftgate at delivery

Shipping time (Working Days) is based on the region. The Shipping Rates and Shipping time will be shown at the checkout. If there is no Shipping Rate shown for your location, please contact us. 

Please be aware:  Customer is responsible to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and customs clearance fees. If you are a registered business, please provide your EORI number to us at check out. 

 

Returns

We offer a 30 day online returns policy, in order to take advantage of this right to change your mind the product you return must be returned:

  • in a re-sellable condition
  • in the supplied packaging
  • unused

To receive a refund, you can simply send the product to us and send us a email regarding the return. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. 

If the Product is faulty, then you can get a refund up to 30 days, and we collect the product free from you. 

Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to you. If you paid on card, it can take up to 30 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 15 days.
